Breaking News: Jimmi Zion free agent? Breaking News from wwa-online.com...

Ever since the Birthday Bash. Many people have wondered what happened to the TLD "Sky Flyin" Jimmi Zion? He just up and disappeared and hasn't been seen from since then.

After being eliminated from the Birthday Bash, Jimmi Zion just vanished and hasn't been seen from ever since.

wwa-online.com recently found out that right before the show began, Jimmi Zion's contract with the WWA had officially expired at 11:59 pm of that night. Jimmi Zion agreed that he would work the pay-per-view event as scheduled and they paid him under the table after his appearance. Then as soon as he came in, he just got in his family limosine and took off no questions asked leaving quietly in the night.

We found out that WWA agents and attornies have been meeting with Zion's representatives behind closed doors to discuss a brand new contract; however, everything has been in vain as nothing can be agreed upon.

In the meantime, it is said that Jimmi Zion is resting comfortably back home in London, England spending time with his family and working on several of his other projects that he has set out to do including his recording album and a new book. It is also said that Jimmi Zion has received calls from numerous casting agents from Hollywood invitiing him to tryout for some film roles. Jimmi is taking these all on one thing at a time.

When asked about how they managed to let someone like Zion slip under the radar and allow his contract to elapse, a representative of Vik Ventressa was quoted as saying, "It wasn't something that we were paying attention to but we are doing whatever we can to correct the mistake. Its a travesty to the WWA that we lost such a great athlete like Jimmi Zion."

Someone close to Jimmi Zion was also said that before his contract expired, Jimmi Zion was said to be burned out and frustrated by the way he has been treated in the WWA, but he was trying to be a professional and not allow his feelings to be made public. He went out and performed for the fans and the fans alone. The fact that his accomplishments have been less than steller within the passed couple of years and he has been stagnent, but he remained focused to perform anyway. For the most part Zion just needs some time to take a breath, step back, and see wrestling from a different light and hopefully this will spark the fire that has raged inside of Jimmi Zion since the very beginning when he was a rookie coming up through the ranks and when he was Extreme champion.

On a related note, we found out something very interesting in the way that Jimmi Zion recently filed a trademark copyright claim on his namesake and moniker that would allow him to keep his name, catch phrases, and everything associated with "Sky Flyin" Jimmi Zion. So it is said that should Jimmi Zion decide to go elsewhere, he can and take his name with him. Again, something that the WWA allowed to slip under the radar right from underneath their noses. We also know that Jimmi Zion, because his contract did expire rather than being released, we know that WWA did attempt to but failed to on the grounds that they had no grounds or jurisdiction to do so. So if Jimmi Zion did in fact wanted to wrestle elsewhere he could and use everything from the WWA at his disposal.

WWA management since then has had no further comment regarding this situation. We here at wwa-online.com will keep up further updated should any thing else come up on this major late breaking news.
