Last week Joshua Curtis was over in his homeland of England to tape a special episode of the BBC's hit automotive series "Top Gear" with Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond. Among the topics discussed of course were cars ,his life outside of the ring and what he planned on doing when he officially retired from the ring.
On the subject of his life outside the ring:
"I always make sure to come back home and visit my mum and dad. They were always supportive of things I did and never questioned my friends. Despite what a lot of people think I have a lot of friends outside of the business that would have my back if need be at a show."
On the subject of what his life would be like after his retirement:
"I don't plan on retiring anytime soon. I've a lot of goals I want to achieve and a lot of fans still to make a good impression on. Right now that hasn't happened but I hope to do my best so that when that time comes they can say that while the 'Dark Angel' died in the WWA that the legacy of one our finest athletes in the world will forever live on!"
You can catch the entire interview on BBC's "Top Gear: Homcoming special" this Thurs at 9 PM GMT
