It was a fair day on the Saint Edwards Military Base with the temperature about 65-70 degrees outside and all of the cadets were enjoying a nice day of what they thought was going to be ?Rest and Relaxation? and not have to worry about drills...

They were going to find out how WRONG they were....

About twenty minutes from the base in a nice two story townhouse we find Joshua Curtis sitting at the beside of his Lieutenant whom looked like she had seen better days! Her eyes were red and puffy ,nose was running like a faucet and her chest was so tight that if she tried to take a breath she might as well been trying to swallow a bag of nails! Joshua looked at his Lieutenant with great concern as he began to speak

?Lieutenant? Joshua began ?when did you start feeling this way? The last time I saw you everything was fine and you did the drills with the cadets yesterday without a problem ,so...what happened?? Joshua asked as he went to get another warm washcloth from the bathroom as she began to speak

?I haven't the clue Joshua? The Lieutenant began ?one minute everything is absolutely fine and the next minute one of the Cadets got into with me about something trivial and when I came home I was throwing up bad!? she finished but the part that really stuck into Joshua's memory was the part about the Cadet. All the new people knew that Joshua was a no BS kind of officer ,honorary or not, and that if he heard about even ONE person's misstep with his Commander ,Lieutenant or Anneke that there was going to be hell to pay and paid in full by EVERYONE!!!!

Upon hearing this news Joshua immediately drove back to the house that he shared with Anneke and got changed into his Officer's uniform before getting back into his 1999 Buick LeSabre Custom and making a beeline for the base! Whomever was responsible for the altercation the day prior just cost everyone some valuable resting time and Joshua was about to show this class that screwing with him or his colleagues was a very grave mistake!

When Joshua got to the gate he was about to pull out his ID when the guard on duty saw his mood and just opened the gate at which point he all but powerslided into the parking space and got out of the car storming to the barracks...

?EVERYONE THAT'S PRESENT NEEDS TO GET DRESSED AND REPORT IMMEDIATELY!!! I'M NOT PLAYING ANY GAMES WITH KIDS TODAY...ARE WE CLEAR?!?!?!?!?!?Joshua screamed and everyone knew that today had just gotten bad...REALLY BAD!!!

All the cadets got dressed as quickly as they could and reported onto the base in the standard formation that Joshua liked: 12 to a row both horizontally and vertically. When Joshua was satisfied that everyone was there and quiet he proceeded in as calm a manner as he could

?Let me start by saying that today wasn't the day to get me in a bad mood. I finished my rehab late last night with the trainer they gave me and I've completely recovered from my injury that I sustained a few weeks ago ,so I should be happy and ready to celebrate with some of the officers and personnel on this base tonight...the key term was 'should be'! You see I was with our Lieutenant a little while ago and she is bad sick! I mean the kind of sick that if she came in today she'd have puked and probably done it on one of you OK? Imagine my shock when I'm at her home today trying to help her get better so she can come in and properly train you in a few days when she told me that one of you started some s**t with her yesterday! In case you people forgot allow me to remind you simple sons of bitches that I'm good friends with her ,The Commander and Anneke. If you jump on one of them then I become your problem!? Joshua exclaimed and they all flinched as they knew they were in for it soon

?For those of you whom forgot the punishment I used on the last cadet its a very simple ,yet tiring one: You see I was given the records of each of your physicals by the doctor's because I've been given the authority to ask for them and I made up backpacks equal to at least HALF of your weight and some of you did get off easy and that's for two reasons and they are you either don't weigh as much or you weren't a part of the conspiracy to do this. What I'm going to have you do is take these backpacks and run from here and do a 20 mile run before coming back here and some of you are probably gonna be nearly dead from the run ,but that's the price you pay when I hear about ungrateful jackasses! Trust me my f***ing rehab was no picnic but this Sunday I got to wrestle three frickin' people to try and win the a title that means the WORLD to me called the TV title and I've gotta also go through a cage match to do it!? I'll see you all in about...oh 7 hours!? Joshua exclaimed again as he sent the cadets on their way to do their ?hell training?

As they went on their run Joshua went up to the Commander's office and knocked on his door before being granted permission to come into his office and Joshua was so happy to be in the air conditioned office of his Commander

?Someone screwed up again didn't they?? The Commander asked and Joshua just sighed as he took a seat right across from him before speaking

?You know I remember when I first came here and made the mistakes that these young cadets do and I remember how I was sent on my way to do what they all do now when I have to hand out the discipline. I HATE being the bad guy when it comes to discipline ,but trust me I know what Colonel Anneke would have done to them and that's no fun either!? Joshua said half-exclaimed and half-laughing as he remembered back to the days when he first showed up and was told to hang upside down on a bar until he either fell off or passed out and you know something....NETHER EVER HAPPENED!!!

?Ah yes Anneke was surprised how long you'd stay up there just to prove your endurance against the rest of the lot and actually got pissed off when you stayed up there through the night once! You either liked being up there or you really wanted to show how hard it was to break you and Anneke could never ,and still has never, figured out how to break you...not that we want to now since you've been such a big help to us over the past few weeks during your rehab here.? The Commander told Joshua whom just smiled at the compliment before responding

?Its called 'dedication' Commander. There are some people that have it in the military and those whom would rather do 'toilet duty' their whole life! Its the same thing in wrestling sir: You got those wrestler whom firmly believe that they ARE the future when they got beaten by someone whom claims to have ZE-RO wrestling ability for a prestigious title in a wrestling organization that is one of the top in the world. This person thinks he knows about living in darkness and demons and what have ya ,but I was the guy ,whom at the age of 10, went to a real haunted house and spent the weekend in there and dealt with some spirits that tried to do real harm to me and yet I stayed and stuck it out and why? Because I wasn't afraid of anything in that house! On the final night of that weekend at about 2:30 in the morning I heard s**t from the kitchen of that home that I KNEW wasn't normal and when I got there s**t was going crazy ,and yet oddly enough when I entered that room everything stopped and the 'HSIC'(Head Spirit In Charge) I guess we could say showed its face and told me how brave I was for staying and not running like most people did. THAT'S the kind of man that I am Commander!? Joshua exclaimed and his CO stared at him mouth agape with this revelation

?What did he say Joshua?? Was all he could ask and Joshua just smiled calmly before responding

?Don't bleed? Joshua started ?because if you do then you'll have to make the person whom caused your blood to flow bleed or hurt them worse and I don't want to see that. I've actually lived in this home peacefully for years because no one ever got to see me and now that someone has I'm fearful that if they bleed they may do something bad that they'll regret and try to understand why they did it when they snap out of it. Joshua I don't want you do become that kind of person , so please don't let it happen!? He said as if almost in another voice or another body ,but yet it WAS Joshua...right?

The Commander listened to the speech and then he remembered why Joshua ever came to the base in the first place. It was after he lost the Light Heavyweight title in a match and he found the base to try and help him with the psychological problems that he'd been having in the industry of pro wrestling. Promoters didn't know what to do because they thought it was just a gimmick and then I told them the TRUTH! I told them I had a split personality like your Colonel and that's why we became fast friends and after she found out about my endurance on that discipline she made me her assistant! She knew that I had to learn how to control the problem and when I came to this base and the doctor's gave me the medication that I've taken for a long time I haven't had the problems that I used to. Now if I got busted open I just get stitches ,but I think I've been forgetting to take my meds lately and that's good...and bad!? Joshua explained and when he was asked how by the Commander he just smiled and explained himself

?Its good because this match that I have to have against a man whom THINKS he knows about darkness in Azrael ,a Hollywood hotshot named ?Jaymz Watkins and the current TV champ in Kid Cool is going to show everyone little by little that the cage was his true birthplace and they need to learn what he's about. The problem is that he doesn't care who he hurts and how he hurts them! If he has to injure himself to get what he wants that's what he does and usually someone gets busted up bad in a match with him! Azrael thinks that he knows hell ,but the reality is that I've taken wrestlers whom were far better than him and shortened their careers! He really needs to understand what he's getting in there with because otherwise his stay in the WWA...is going to end quick!? Joshua exclaimed as he walked out of the office and into the office next door to take a seat at Anneke's desk and write in the diary that has become an integral part of their lives...

This isn't going to be long like all my others have been...far from it! I'm just writing you because I have a feeling that I'll be asking forgiveness after this Sunday. I think this Sunday inside the cage for the TV title I'm going to hurt someone and hurt them BAD! I don't want to because there's at least one person in this match that doesn't deserve to have his first match possibly be his last and that's Jaymz. Azrael wants what I want and Kid Cool has what I want so I can't promise that I'm going to be able to pull back on them.

I heard that Azrael thinks I'm a ?waste of space? correct? The problem with that assessment is that I've been at this longer in other places than he has. He's lived in this proverbial ?box? to even know any place other than WWA and I've been out there wrestling people whom he wouldn't be allowed to spit shine the boots of! I've seen wrestlers whom were ?wastes of space? and the more Az opens his mouth it makes me soooo want to shut it and beat him so bad that he'll never want to wrestle me again!

Sorry I'm letting my anger get the best of me and there ARE two other wrestlers in this match that are significant in Cool and Watkins. I hope and pray that at least these two wrestlers ,especially Wakins, can show me something in the cage this Sunday because otherwise I fear that the match will be reliant on Az and myself and I'm sorry ,but I don't feel like trying to carry Az's stupid ass...I don't have the time or the energy to do it and I don't want him to even begin to think that I'll just lay down for him in the cage cos I won't!

Well that's all I got for ya. I gotta go outside and wait for those insubordinate cadets to come back from discipline ,so I'll be writing to ya again in the future...
