Mustang Charlie

A combination of Bunkhouse Buck and Lee Marvin's Kid Shelleen from Cat Ballou.

He's old, he's wiry and has a mad look in his eye.

He has a brown skullet, brown eyes and only a few of his teeth.

Usually he wears torn jeans and a black leather vest, but on occasion he forgets to dress and just fights in pair of old boxer shorts.

Lately he has taken to wearing a leather aviator's helmet a la Rocket J. Squirrel.

Mustang Charlie is slightly crazy, slightly senile and all mean. He once had a typical bully cowboy gimmick, and is rather confused as to why what once got him booed now gets him cheered.

But he above all will lament how things used to be better, though he often misremembers exactly how things were to begin with.

Mustang Charlie has been wrestling for decades now. He started in the southwest territories and has also done several tours of Japan and Europe. In the late 80s he began teaming up with the youngster Wally Flowers, and has been teaming off and on with him since.

He underwent a bit of trauma when one day the antics that used to get him booed were now loved by the fans. He just figures "fans these days ain't right in the head."
