More Details
Appearance

Copeland has a body that most would die to have, his strength is "god like" and his speed, agility and aggression are unmatched by a man of his size.

He has long unkept brown hair, a long think brown beard, Ice Blue Eyes and various scars and tattoos cover his body.

Ring Attire

Copeland wears plain black wrestling shorts. He has both fists and wrists taped. He wears black elbow and knee pads and his black wrestling boots have four buckles on them (think Batista’s boots).

Outside the ring he is usually seen wearing tattered clothing and a green US Army issue hooded hunting jacket. But lately he wears a hooded trench coat when in the ring with the rest of Communion.

He has recently started wearing a mask to cover up burns suffered in an accident.

Personality

Copeland suffers from multiple psychiatric disorders. He has and clearly shows zero emotion or empathy. Put simply, he is evil personified.

Recently he has regained his life back from his evil other half "Copeland" and with the help of his girlfriend Ali, he continues to fight.

Copeland is aggressive still, even after his personality change.

He is very aggessive, extremely strong with "God-like" strength, has a high pain tolerance, has explosive speed for a big man, he is extremely agile, he brushes any threats aside because he is almost unstoppable.

After his vicious attacks on (former World Champions) Armaan and Eddie Van Dorn, Copeland has become the most hated and feared man in the WWA and it doesn't look like ending anytime soon.

He has become obsessed with something, but has yet to reveal what that is, he has not spoken a word in over a year and can only be heard grunting or muttering things underneath his mask. This obsession for now is the eradication of Jaymz Watkins from the WWA.

Seth Copeland reemerged after years of being a prison of his own mind and though he continues to fight that evil other half of himself, he looks like a changed man.

History

Seth Copeland was born on the 5/18/79 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Jack and Catherine Copeland, he is the youngest of three children, at the age of two the family moved to New Orleans where his father was accepted to work as a Prosecuting Attorney, his mother took a job at one of the local hospitals as an E.R. doctor. He attended school there until the age of eight when the family again moved, this time to Los Angeles, California.

They settled in Huntington Beach and later Newport Beach in Orange County. Seth had quite a privileged upbringing, at the age of four, he started his first martial art; Brazilian Jujitsu, finishing with a black belt at the age of nine, shortly after he began training in Muay Thai and Thai Kwon Do at the same time, finishing both with a black belt at the age of twelve, not long after that he was arrested for assault on two sixteen year old teenagers for stealing his bike, Copeland was always a big child and at the age of twelve was 6'0” and weighed 210lbs due to his natural size and weight lifting starting after his eleventh birthday.

He was charged but escaped detention and his parents decided to send him to the Army and Navy Academy in Carlsberg, California. There Seth excelled in sports becoming a running back in his first two years of playing football for the Warriors and later he became an All-American middle linebacker, holding the academy sack record with nine against San Pasqual Academy, equaling the all time conference record, at the same time he was playing football he took up wrestling training with Sgt. Mike Constantine; a former champion professional and amateur freestyle wrestler.

He started training at the age of fifteen and at the age of seventeen made his wrestling debut for an Indy federation linked to the International Wrestling Federation, he was still in high school. Seth originally wanted to play in the NFL and would have done so, but after the death of his grandmother, whom he thought was the only person who connected with him, he dropped out of university in his second semester and he fell into wrestling fulltime.

This proved to be a smart move, at the age of eighteen he made his official Professional wrestling debut in the IWF, winning by pinfall to ’Sugar’ Shane Davidson a man he would meet and beat again 5 months later in an epic ladder match to win his first ever title; the IWF Intercontinental Championship. Seth went on to lose and retain the IC title 6 times as well as the IWF Tag Team Championship 4 times and becoming the youngest ever 2 time IWF World Champion in history, just days after his twentieth birthday.

Seth left the IWF and joined the eXtreme Wrestling Association where he had arguably his most successful run, he had a big change of attitude and regardless of what the fans thought he was uncompromising and became a heel winning his first title just weeks after his debut, he became XWA’s first triple crown champion eight months later holding the United States, World Tag Team and World Heavyweight Championships at the same time and eventually the first ever grand slam champion (2 Time Extreme Champion, 5 time United States Champion, 4 Time World Tag Team Champion and 4 time XWA World Heavyweight Champion), After a year in the company the fans took to his new attitude and started to cheer for him, dubbing him the "American Psycho". He met his former valet and future ex-wife Siren (real name Brooke King) in the company aswell.

After four years in the XWA he took an eight month hiatus and joined Japanese based company Asia-Pacific Championship Wrestling winning the companies highest title twice, the Asia-Pacific Heavyweight Championship as well as the Asia-Pacific Tag Team Championship.

After fourteen months in the company he signed a multi million dollar contract with the Universal Wrestling Alliance; he was involved in a dangerous and almost deadly feud with World Heavyweight Champion Hunter Harley, culminating in a brutal Hell In A Cell match for the UWA Championship in which Copeland ended Harley’s career. In the midst of the feud, Seth met friend Chris Shea and joined the legendary stable, Lethal Aggression; recruiting fellow wrestlers T.J. Codair, Sabre and ‘The Daredevil’ Scott Maverick. Together they dominated the UWA, Copeland even won a high stakes match to become UWA President and held the mantle for over a year until a UWA powerbroker stripped him of the presidency and fired him on the spot. Copeland gave him a parting gift, The Endgame on a steel chair placed on the mat by Shea.

UWA lost all five Lethal Aggression members including the UWA Championship which Copeland took with him, to Omega Championship Wrestling; where Copeland, Shea, Sabre and Codair each held the UWA/OCW Championship. Shea was the first to win the title after Copeland vacated it due to injury, losing it to Luther Van Holt, Copeland with the help of Sabre and Codair later won back the title he never lost, the OCW Championship from Van Holt after Shea and Maverick were fired from the company returning weeks later to rejoin LA. Copeland held the title for a six month reign, losing to Sabre in a fatal four way match against his fellow Lethal Aggression stable mates; Sabre, Shea and Maverick. Sabre turned on LA and months later lost the title and his job in a title vs. career match to T.J. Codair, the new Lethal Aggression ruled OCW for months before Luther Van Holt won the title from Codair, later in the night Chris Shea became a two time OCW Champion defeating the newly crowned Van Holt with the help of Copeland and Codair.

Months later Shea relinquished the Championship due to a career ending neck injury and T.J. Codair won a twenty man battle royal to win the title for a second time. Seth Copeland along with Chris Shea left the company looking for a new challenge but Copeland faded into obscurity in late 2005 after some personal issues; however, he started training and wrestling in special events, which reignited his desire to be the best yet again and he signed a multi million dollar contract with the World Wrestling Alliance in August 2007.

Upon his arrival in the WWA in September 2007, Seth won his debut match thus gaining the number one contendership to the WWA Television Championship, a few weeks later he competed in the Halloween House of Pain match for the WWA Extreme Championship and defeated then Television Champion, Eddie Van Dorn, for the TV title one week later. He successfully defended the Television title in the Birthday Brawl and main evented Rage in the Cage XI (Ultimate Glory).....all this success in his first year with the company had his fans and peers calling him "The Next Big Thing" in the WWA.....now who can argue with that?

Copeland began the 2008/2009 WWA season in amazing fashion, by becoming the first ever winner of the Harrington Cup, but this massive achievement in his career was overshadowed by what Copeland did next. After the referee raised his hand, Copeland accepted the winners trophy and then got on the mic, but was cut off a short time later by Armaan, who came out to congratulate him on the win and then went on to say that he's been cheating everyone. This brought some unsavory words from Copeland who accused Armaan of not being the champion he once was and that he was a shadow of his former self, after awhile of this, Armaan walked toward Copeland birating him, but was more shockingly attacked by Copeland with a rib crushing spear. Copeland went on to deliver one of the most vicious attacks in the twelve year history of the World Wrestling Alliance. Copeland beat Armaan so violently that Armaan has since announced his retirement from professional wrestling. Copeland considers his ending of Armaan Singhania's hall of fame bound career, a twisted feather in his cap.

At Day Of The Dead 2008, Copeland entered himself in the Halloween Town of Pain in Salem, Massachusetts. Copeland would put on a show of total dominance, he completely annihilated everyone in the match to earn himself a shot at the United States Championship against his former friend, Eddie Van Dorn.

Copeland would go on and defeat EVD in an Extreme Rules match on the November 24th edition of Meltdown, to claim his first United States Championship.

Copeland defended his United States Championship against Van Dorn, in a title rematch, on January 12th at Total Meltdown 2009, the match would be contested under Falls Count Anywhere rules. The match went back and forth, at one stage, Van Dorn looked to have the match sewn up, after knocking Copeland fifteen feet over a guard rail to the concrete floor below, but Copeland showed his unearthly toughness by kicking out and eventually hitting EVD with The Endgame to successfully defend his title and remain undefeated in singles action against Eddie Van Dorn.

Birthday Bash X saw Copeland indirectly lose his United States Championship to Richie Stone. But that was overshadowed by what Copeland did to Eddie Van Dorn. With chaos all across the arena, Copeland fought EVD to the top of the WWAtron where he did the unthinkable, hanging EVD by a steel chain, from the WWAtron in a scene frighteningly reminiscent of the 2007 Birthday Brawl.

On the February 23rd edition of Meltdown, Copeland would get his rematch for the United States title, but Richie Stone would survive the war and retain by a hair, in a "match of the year" candidate.

Copeland would suffer his second loss of the season two weeks later, as Richie Stone interfered in a Parking Lot Brawl match he set up, to knock Copeland out with a steel crowbar, allowing Nick Adams to hit a Shooting Star Press from the roof of a car, and earn himself a shot at the US title.

Copeland would compete in Ultimate Glory II, dominating the match in his second appearance, becoming the only man to compete in both Ultimate Glory matches; he would take out his nemesis Richie Stone with a death defying version of The Endgame through the ring ropes and off the apron onto the concrete floor below. Copeland would fight on and face Nick Adams as the final two, but would fall short of winning the WWA Championship when Adams hit him with a sloppy Rainfall after repeated weapon attacks to become the new WWA Champion.

Copeland would turn his demonic attention to Richie Stone in a more personal way after this, using every trick in his sadistic book to try and twist Stone's mind. After months of suffering the nightmare reality of Copeland's twisted plot, including the kidnapping of his former fiance, Stone would eventually bury Copeland in a Buried Alive Match at the WWA's final PPV and Copeland would not be seen again in the WWA until March 2010.

Copeland returned to the WWA after almost a year at Retribution 2010, there he would deliver The Endgame to Jaymz Watkins on behalf of his "New God" Randy Cross.

The torture and anguish Jaymz Watkins suffered at the hands of Randy Cross and his trials would end though only a couple of months later, when Kash, Intrepid and RJ Stone we're revealed by Cross as his newest followers, but those thoughts would come to an abrupt end, when Copeland turned on his mentor and grabbed the former "New God" in a vice-like grip, allowing Kash to paint a pentagram on the Hall of Famer's chest, then crushing him with a vicious Canadian Hammer. Kash would go on to introduce The Communion to the world and promise Jaymz that now the trials become much worse.

For weeks these trials would get worse for Watkins, but with only two weeks remaining until Rage In The Cage XII, Communion would be blindsided by an unexpected attack, as Damian Thorne would inject himself into Communion's sights and minds and team with Watkins against the psychotic Copeland and the twisted Kash on the grandest stage of them all in a volitile and epic battle.

Copeland and Kash faced Watkins and Thorne in arguably the biggest tag team match in WWA history at Rage In The Cage XII, Copeland emerged in his mask for the first time after having his face burned at the hands of Jaymz Watkins just a week earlier. After a hugely volitile opening, it was Copeland hitting Damian Thorne with the Endgame to score the win for Communion.
