| Personality | Enigmatic. Intense. Bi-Polar. Myles Jake is smiling one minute and down the next. He remains an enigma to fans who once were 100% behind him and then found themselves betrayed by Myles when he won a championship. |
| History | Myles Jake is a 38 year old, late blooming professional wrestler. He has spent 17 years in the independent circuits, traveling from high school to high school, preforming shows in front of mere hundreds and making less than a thousand per week. He is a humble family man, with his wife Kiersten and his 14 year old son Ethan. Often times, Myles has found himself selling insurance or working at a call center to support his family during desperate times. He has gone through three different agents, all believing that Myles has the talent and capabilities to make it to the proverbial 'big time'. Each with their own strategy, and their own idea as to what gimmick will fit. At the point where Myles was sick of the business and agreed to one final pitch to Ringside Wrestling through a young 23-year old agent. On April 07th, 2008 - a month before his 18 year anniversary of professional wrestling - Myles Jake received his first guaranteed contract. Myles Jake competed in his first match at Ringside Wrestling losing to Psymon on April 15th, 2008. Psymon would go forwards to becoming the second ever Ringside Champion at the Supercard while Myles Jake struggled to find his footing - being beaten up by Enemy of the State on the 22nd of April. It was the next week on April 29th, that Myles Jake began to be looked upon as a contender, becoming a viable option for Commonwealth Champion. Jake's mother was severely injured during the battle royal, an injury that Steven Holt has taken credit for. This would spark a headlining feud for Ringside Wrestling. The first highlight of Jake's career was the victory of William Gwynn at the Supercard on May 20th. Following that Supercard Jake continued a heated feud with Steven Holt that has transcended any seen in rW history. While Myles struggled to balance family life and wrestling, this feud culminated in a Submission Match at the Supercard 2: No Giving Up in which Myles Jake defeated Steven Holt in the best match in Ringside Wrestling's early history. This match also put Myles Jake as the number one contender for the Ringside Championship - held by William Gwynn. The next chapter of Jake's time in Ringside was full of turmoil. Jake suspected a possible affair between his wife and William Gwynn and also sacrificed his own son for the sake of the Ringside Championship. The feud with Gwynn became so heated that both men spent each week trying to gain momentum through using head games. Jake used William Gwynn's past at Core Wrestling to haunt the Champion, while Gwynn continued to through the Kiersten card. The battle consumated at Supercard 3: Passion in which Myles Jake and William Gwynn took each other too the limits. And it was at that moment that Jake won the Ringside Championship, defeating him with The Cross. On October 16th, Myles chose to opt out of his contract with Ringside LLC due to finding out that Kiersten, whom he had been separated from for three weeks, had terminal Breast Cancer. |

Also known as the D-lock for the capital D formed.) TrademarkHigh Ankle Belly-To-Back Suplex (Better known as a backdrop driver and lesser known as a belly to back brainbuster. | Finisher Description | A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo compression choke popularized by Hiroyoshi Tenzan and CM Punk, the anaconda vice (also spelled vise) is done from a position in which the wrestler and the opponent are seated on the mat facing each other. The wrestler sits on one side of the opponent and using his near arm encircles the opponent in a headlock position and grabs the opponent's near wrist, bending the arm upwards. Then, the wrestler maneuvers his or her other arm through the "hole" created by the opponent's bent wrist, locks his or her hand upon his or her own wrist, and then pulls the opponent forward, causing pressure on the opponent's arm and neck. |
