Arrogant, cocky, and self-centered. He's also extremely witty and has no qualms chewing you out.

Born in Newark, New Jersey, Chris Bagwell grew up as would any other child with a dream. However, Chris' dream was separate from others whom later became wrestler superstars. All through childhood, Chris struggled to achieve a dream of becoming a famous football player for the New York Giants. Up until college, Chris lived out his dream by participating in recreational leagues and on his high school team. Bagwell eventually got a football scholarship to Rutgers University in his Senior year in high school. To celebrate, his friends took him out to a bar and they went non a drinking brigade. Little did he realize, his life was about to take a major turn. The bar Bagwell and his friends had went to that night was home to a gang. It was the gang's 'pool meeting' night. Where they basically took over the bar, shot pool, drank, and discussed whatever gangs like to discuss. The average drinker avoided the local bar on those Thursday nights because of the fear they contained for the gang. But Bagwell and his football buddies didn't give a crap. They were out to have a good time and they did just so. At first, all was well and the gang didn't mind too much. It wasn't until one of the members approached a friend of Bagwell in jealousy and started a fight. The gang began to assault the friend of Bagwell in an all out brawl. Each of Bagwell's buddies were hesitant to jump in at first. Their thoughts didn't change much when 3 of the gang members pulled out blades to hold the football guys off. Bagwell held off at first...until he saw the face of his close friend, Yoko Shorskiny, covered in blood and looking in fear. Bagwell tightly grasped his shot glass and pitched it at the back of the head of one of the gang members. Bagwell then got off his stool, raised it above his head, and whacked it across the faces of the three men with the blades. Bagwell ran right to the middle of the fight, where it was a 5 on 1 assault on Yoko. He tackled one of the guys to the ground, hitting another on the way down. Bagwell started throwing his fists until recieving a devistating kick to the gut from the gang member he knocked off balance. Bagwell was knocked to the ground and rolled over. Two of the gang members started kicking him in the face as he tried shielding himself. He then caught a glimpse of one of the knives and quickly reached for it. He immediately threw his arm up and gashed both of the attackers across the chest and arm. All he saw was blood spill. He kicked his legs at the attackers, pushing them away. At this time, his 2 other friends who weren't involved already fled. Bagwell got to his feet and delivered a gash across the face of one of the 3 attacking Yoko. He then stabbed another in the lower ab. And for the third, he delivered a solid punch across the face. Bagwell lifted Shorskiny to his feet and the two made a run for it. Sirens could be heard blocks away. However, Bagwell and Shorskiny made a successfull escape. Shorskiny was losing blood and fast. They escaped into an alley and Bagwell tore off his shirt to held clog the blood so Shorskiny didn't lose anymore. A black Dodge Viper then pulled up. A man stepped out with first aid equiptment and nursed Shorskiny as best he could. He gave Bagwell a few sprays and faceclothes to clean himself off. The man explained that he was Ricky Michaels, a local promoter. He went on to say that he was witness to the whole fight and saw the retaliation of Bagwell. He then made Bagwell and Shorskiny an unrefusable offer. He demanded that they sign a 1 year contract with his promotion as professional wrestlers. At first, Bagwell declined immediately. That was, until Michaels threatened to turn the two in. Michaels was clearly the only man who could help the two. They had no choice but to accept the offer. Accepting the offer rid Bagwell of his scholarship to Rutgers University. The year had passed and Bagwell left the company. Seeing as there being no alternative lifestyle for him, Shorskiny signed a contract extention which later separated the two friends. Bagwell was in a dilemma, no longer having a full scholarship and not having the money to pay for a full college education. He began playing football for minor leagues and working a wide variety of jobs to build his savings account. Another year passed and the minor league team he played for was falling apart. Bagwell was left with nothing to do on a canceled game day and wondered around town. He found a flier for a wrestling event that afternoon. For old time's sake, he called and was luckily enough to purchase one of the remaining 10 tickets. The event went well and Bagwell actually enjoyed the relaxation. The main event rolled around and he saw a man he hadn't talked to in a year. Yoko Shorskiny entered the ring and gave Bagwell a brief, glassy stare. Neither man spoke words to each other. Shorskiny's opponent entered the ring. The current Champion, DJ. Moments into the match and foru large men raced to the ring. They began to assault Shorskiny in the ring. Bagwell's history flashed before his eyes. He remembered the bar fight. He rose from his chair and folded it up. He hopped the guardrail and dove into the ring. Bagwell planted the chair over each of the 4 fat men's heads until it was kicked out of his hands by DJ. The two began to exchange hits. Bagwell eventually flattened out DJ in the end, causing the five men to flee. It was thast night when Bagwell and Yoko's friendship was restored. Seeing no other alternative, Bagwell signed a contract to the promotion until it went extinct. Bagwell never decided to leave the wrestling business again. He stuck with it with his good friend, Yoko Shorskiny until the two eventually recieved separate deals and parted ways once more. To this day, Bagwell doesn't know what compelled him to enter wrestling. A hobby he hated so dearly...now he lived his life for. How odd things turn out.
